Alexandra was excellent with us. The quotes were similarly priced, but Alexandra stood out through her humanity. She listened to our styles and made suggestions which we developed together. As a self-confessed control enthusiast, I found it difficult to delegate until Alexandra told me, "Don't stress, it's my role to take the pressure off you." And indeed, when there was an issue with vases on the day itself, Alexandra and her husband were immediately proactive in seeking solutions (found within minutes of brainstorming). In short, you can trust them implicitly!
