1. Data controller

2. Data collected

a) Contact and quote form

When you fill in the quote request form, the following data is collected:

First and last name
E-mail address
Phone number (optional)
Date and location of your event
Free-text message

This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a personalised quote. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

b) Personalised floral proposal

After a first conversation with Alexandra (phone, e-mail or meeting) in which you describe your project, a private web page is sent to you by e-mail: your floral proposal. It can only be accessed with a personal, unguessable link and is not indexed by search engines. The following data is recorded:

Your first names, e-mail address, wedding date and venue
The content of the proposal (mood, palette, flowers, arrangements)
Your reactions (heart, cross) on each photo and any comments
A random identifier stored in your browser (local storage), used only to count the number of devices and visits to the page. It cannot identify you or track you on other sites, and no audience measurement tool is present on this page.

E-mail reminders. If you have not opened your proposal, Alexandra sends at most two reminders (about 7 and 15 days after sending). They stop as soon as the page is opened, or at any time if you click "Me désinscrire" (unsubscribe) in the e-mail or simply reply to Alexandra. No other message is sent without your agreement.

Fixed-price floral selection. Alexandra may also send you, in the same way, a priced floral selection that you adjust and then confirm online. In addition to the data above, the following is recorded: the proposed selection, the adjustments you make to it (saved as you go, so that Alexandra can discuss them with you), your colours, the flowers you like or dislike, and each confirmation. Confirming sends you a summary by e-mail but is not an order: the quote and deposit follow. Reminders: at most two (about 3 days after sending if the page has not been opened, and 2 days before the end of validity if the selection has not been confirmed), which you can stop in the same ways.

c) Browsing data (server logs)

The hosting server (OVH) automatically collects technical data on each visit: IP address, browser, pages viewed, date and time of connection. This data is kept for security and diagnostic purposes for a maximum of 12 months.

d) Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience and understand how visitors browse. This service may place cookies on your device only with your prior consent.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: no analytics cookie is placed before you have accepted. If you decline, audience measurement stays disabled.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data may be passed to the following processors, strictly within the scope of their duties:

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. Retention period

Form data: kept for 3 years from the last interaction, then deleted.
Floral proposal and selection (contact details, feedback, selections, visits): kept for 2 years from the last interaction, then deleted automatically. After the wedding date, the proposal is archived and reminders stop.
Server logs: 12 months maximum.
Analytics data: 14 months maximum (Google Analytics default setting).

6. Transfers outside the EU

Google Analytics, Google Workspace and Google Gemini transfer data to servers located in the United States. These transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. To find out more: Google privacy policy.

OVH hosts the data in France (European Union) — no transfer outside the EU.

7. Automated decision-making and profiling

This site carries out no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Whether the two reminders are sent depends only on whether the proposal has been opened: it has no effect on your quote or your rights.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

Right of access (Art. 15): obtain a copy of the data concerning you
Right to rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure (Art. 17): request the deletion of your data
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18): temporarily freeze a processing operation without deleting the data
Right to object (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest, and refuse reminders at any time (unsubscribe link in every reminder)
Right to portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7.3): withdraw your consent to cookies at any time

To exercise these rights, contact us by e-mail at alexandra@fleurambulle.com. We undertake to reply within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by a further two months for complex requests (Art. 12.3 GDPR).
