2. Data collected

a) Contact and quote form

When you fill in the quote request form, the following data is collected:

First and last name
E-mail address
Phone number (optional)
Date and location of your event
Free-text message

This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a personalised quote. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

b) Browsing data (server logs)

The hosting server (OVH) automatically collects technical data on each visit: IP address, browser, pages viewed, date and time of connection. This data is kept for security and diagnostic purposes for a maximum of 12 months.

c) Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience and understand how visitors browse. This service may place cookies on your device only with your prior consent.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: no analytics cookie is placed before you have accepted. If you decline, audience measurement stays disabled.

4. Recipients and processors

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. Retention period

Form data: kept for 3 years from the last interaction, then deleted.
Server logs: 12 months maximum.
Analytics data: 14 months maximum (Google Analytics default setting).

6. Transfers outside the EU

Google Analytics and Google Workspace transfer data to servers located in the United States. These transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. To find out more: Google privacy policy.

OVH hosts the data in France (European Union) — no transfer outside the EU.

7. Automated decision-making and profiling

This site carries out no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

To exercise these rights, contact us by e-mail at alexandra@fleurambulle.com. We undertake to reply within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by a further two months for complex requests (Art. 12.3 GDPR).
